Free Shipping on orders over $150

Some of our larger items come with a bulky Shipping charge of $25 due to the size and the extra care that is needed during packing. These items are excluded from the Free Standard Shipping Offer.
New Zealand Shipping
We cannot ship the batteries that the magic light & sound Hallmark Keepsakes include internationally, these will be removed from the box before shipping.
Rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and order volume.
Orders will be shipped by our third party courier. You may refer to the tracking number from the link in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier service's official website.
Products purchased may be subject to customs and export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws and regulations. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Import Taxes & Duties - Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination and shall be charged on top of our selling price.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Customs & Regulations - You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Foreign Transaction Fees - Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Refund and Damage Policy
Refunds and returns will be provided at our discretion please email orders@myornaments.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, if damaged photos will be required.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, an exchange or store credit will be provided and you will be liable for all return postage costs and in the event of an exchange the postage cost associated with getting the new order out to you.
We do not provide refunds for items with minor variations, this can include but is not limited to paint, box creases or scuff marks as this is expected with all mass produced ornaments. Box packaging is designed to protect the ornament inside.
We take extra care packing your order so it can arrive to you in the condition we received it in from the supplier as we ourselves are collectors, once it leaves our store we are not responsible for damages and you will need to take this up with the shipping carrier.
Authorised refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card.
Order Change and Cancellation Fees: If you decide to cancel your order a restocking fee may apply, this covers credit card processing fees which are not refunded to us.
